Dynamic Posture Intro Seminar
A free introduction to Mary Sinclair’s ongoing workshops and classes at Yoga Springs, based on the practice of Balance(TM). Balance(TM) training aligns your bones with gravity so that your muscles can be in maximum relaxation. It’s based on 35 years of studying healthy populations from all over the world–people who remain active into their old age without back pain or hunched posture. When you learn to sit, stand, and move as they do, your pain will be significantly reduced or eliminated, and your comfort, agility, and strength increased. All are welcome and encouraged to attend; no yoga experience is necessary.
