Santa’s Butt is back! We sold out of our first shipment of this tasty English Christmas Butt, I was able to get more! Get it while the gettin’s good oh brew lovin’ beerophiles.

We also have some more Thirsty Dog Twelve Dogs of Christmas in stock as well as another shipment of Anchor Steam’s seasonal ale in magnums.

Other yummy delights of the season include the limited CAMRA ale from Hook Norton; Twelve Days of Christmas Ale. And we have some 750 milliliter bottles of that deadly Belgian beverage, Delerium Noel.

So many holiday items to remember that I forgot some. The Emporium has some gift packs. Our most popular one is the Weihenstephan gift pack. This German brewery is the oldest continuous brewing operation. Their millennial anniversary is coming up in a few years. These gift packs have a variety of bottles of their best brews; including the Korbinian, their Hefe-Weiss, and Dunkel. There’s also a gorgeous beer glass.

We have a few Left Hand gift packs, too. There are three 22 ouncers, including their unusual ginger beer and a lovely beer glass, too.

We have the Sam Adams Winter classics gift packs.

There are 750 milliliter bottles of St. Bernardus Christmas Ale from Belgium.

We also have the Lurgashall Christmas mead from England.

As 2009 comes to a close we make way for the future: 2010! But before that happens, there’s plenty going on down at the Emporium before the year ends. New holiday merchandise (some new items! It’s a secret!), warm soups and drinks, holiday brews and wines, and plenty of wine tastings and a few special events sprinkled in.

Explore your dreams in a creative writing class with Iris at the Emporium. Iris Maria Heller is a media teacher from Germany. Her special field is the affinity between dream and film. She will inspire and guide you through writing down, exploring, and inventing dreams in a playful, filmic and creative way. There will be myths, criminal stories, comics, thrillers, and who knows what more! All you need to bring is paper, a pen, and a dream image, landscape or fragment. Reflections on the Election in El Salvador

They will present on the history and in particular the electoral history of El Salvador, their observations as official election observers, and what the elections mean for El Salvador, the region, and the United States.
